At Noallie, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Noalliecare@gmail.com] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please note that natural variations in color, aroma, and appearance may occur due to the use of real botanical ingredients. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
